Store Manager

Due to our continued growth throughout the metropolitan area, The Pool Shop Group are looking for key team members to join us. Ideally we are looking for individuals who have experience in swimming pool supplies and servicing, Individuals who show a desire to join the industry and have the drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicants will:

  1. Be customer service orientated and results driven

  2. Be able to work within a small team but have the ability to take autonomy of their role and their daily duties

  3. Have the desire to learn about the industry and new products and process

  4. Managing client invoicing (Service M8, Idealpos)

  5. General account service, including following up outstanding accounts and payments.

  6. Team Management

  7. Must be willing to multi-task and able to prioritize work with strong time-management and efficiency

  8. Be computer literate with Microsoft suite.

As a store manager you will be required to work one day of the weekend during the busy summer periods and rotate Saturday shifts through the quieter months. As a member of a small team, flexibility in your work ethic is vital. You will be responsible for day to day running of the shop including stock maintenance, merchandising, cash handling, Scheduling and customer service.

The Pool Shop Group is an independently owned market leading business which prides itself on it's honest and friendly culture. We offer professional advice to the domestic pool owner and also manage and service a number of commercial pools throughout the metropolitan area.
